Nasser bin Hamad: Empowering The Youth is the Cornerstone of Building a Brighter Future

On the occasion of International Youth Day, celebrated this year under the theme "Local Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyond", the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed  that the royal patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa King of the Kingdom of Bahrain is the solid foundation on which efforts to empower Bahraini youth are based, and reflects His Majesty's firm belief in their vita

On the occasion of International Youth Day, celebrated this year under the theme "Local Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyond", the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed  that the royal patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa King of the Kingdom of Bahrain is the solid foundation on which efforts to empower Bahraini youth are based, and reflects His Majesty's firm belief in their vital role in the nation’s present and future.   HH noted the support of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, which reflects the ambitious national vision, through His Royal Highness’s continuous support and involving the youth in decision-making positions and preparing them to be a fundamental pillar in driving comprehensive development.   HH said that Bahrain has been able to turn the slogan of empowerment into a tangible reality by building trust with young people, developing their capabilities, and instilling the principles of responsibility and belonging, which made Bahraini youth become a model of creativity, and a pillar of development.   HH added that the Bahraini youth are the most valuable national asset, noting that through the belief in their abilities and the continuous efforts to create a nurturing environment, they have become role models in innovation and creativity. His Highness also added that every young Bahraini must realize that a vision can be achieved with work, the future can only be a reality with will, and that building a nation begins with building oneself and developing ideas.   HH stressed that Bahrain is determined to support and empower young people in various fields, based on its firm belief that they are active partners in the development process and builders of a bright future. His Highness affirmed that the path to a sustainable future begins with empowering young people, and that every opportunity given to a Bahraini youth is a new building block in constructing a successful nation.   HH expressed his pride in the achievements of Bahrain's youth, which shine in various forums, affirming that celebrating International Youth Day is a celebration of a strong will, renewed ambition, and hope.
