Having reviewed the Constitution, Legislative Decree No. (5) of 1983 amending Emiri Decree No. (2) of 1975 Establishing a Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, as amended. And upon the submission of the Prime Minister, And after the approval of the Council of Ministers, Hereby Decree the following: Article One The General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports shall be reorganized as follows: - Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, followed by: 1) Assistant Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (with the rank of Ministry Undersecretary), followed by: - Strategic Projects Directorate. 2) Director General of Planning and Resources (with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary), reporting to him: a) Planning, Policies and Follow-up Department. b) Resource and service Department. Article Two Decree No. (58) of 2016 reorganizing the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports is cancelled. Article Three The Prime Minister shall implement this Decree, and it shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
