Planning the Life Cycle of an Athlete
Sports scientists have reported that there are critical periods in the life of a young person in which the effects of training can be maximized. This has led to the development of the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, which identifies appropriate training aims at each stage of the athlete.
Administrative Professionalism in Sport Institutions
To achieve our vision of administrative professionalism in our sport institutions, it is a necessity to improve the organizations that play a direct role in producing talent.
