Najla Al Fadhel

Founder of The Academy

Bahraini Najla Hamad Al-Fadhel has won the Global Woman of Influence Award 2025, honoring a group of global leaders and inspirations in the field of leadership, awareness and healing, in an achievement that reflects the presence of Bahraini women in international forums.‎

‎Najla is one of Bahrain's most distinguished personalities, ranked among the top 1% of talent in Bahrain according to the national Hope Talents database. She holds a Master's degree in International Communication and Diplomacy, and a Bachelor's in Media and Public Relations, and combines her academic background with holistic healing methods to introduce people to the meaning of true education and redefine it.‎

‎With her entrepreneurial vision, Najla founded The AcademyBH, an academy that seeks to redefine education by focusing on core life skills that have been overlooked by traditional curricula, such as mental and emotional health, mindful relationships, physical health, and financial empowerment. The academy aims to provide individuals with the tools needed to break the vicious circles and build a balanced, clear, and sustainable life.‎

‎Najla's impact is not limited to education, but also extends to other areas, as she works as an ICF-certified international coach and life coach, specializing in NLP, baraneous therapy, physical medicine, and emotional release techniques (PEAT, EFT, TFT). She is also an environmental activist who led a project to protect the sea from oil pollution, which won two national awards in recognition of her efforts.‎

‎In addition, Najla continues to spread her message through writing and media, where she writes a newspaper column and spreads awareness of important societal issues, as well as presenting a podcast that discusses topics that stimulate conscious dialogue and deepen the public's understanding of the importance of mental health and conscious human relationships.‎
